2. Purposes of processing
- Order management: processing your purchases, shipping, invoicing and after-sales support.
- Customer service: handling your enquiries, requests or complaints.
- Commercial communications: only if you have given your express consent.
- Web analytics: measuring use of the site and producing browsing statistics through Google Analytics 4, only if you accept the «analytics» cookie category. With the same consent, we also use Sentry's technical session recording to debug site errors.
- Advertising and remarketing: showing you FARA961 ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads and measuring their effectiveness, only if you accept the «marketing» cookie category.
- Product reviews: publishing and moderating the opinions, ratings and photos you choose to submit. The name (or initial) you provide, the rating, the text and the photos are shown publicly in the reviews section; your email is not published and is only used to manage the review. The photos remain yours: we only display them in the reviews and do not reuse them for any other purpose or for advertising.

3. Legal basis

- Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for commercial communications, the publication of product reviews, analytics cookies and marketing/advertising cookies.
- Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) for payment fraud prevention.
- Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR) for compliance with tax and accounting obligations.
4. Data we process
Name and surname, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order data and purchase history, product personalisation data you request (name, number, typeface), communications with customer service, and browsing and advertising data collected via cookies (device/browser identifiers, usage statistics and ad interaction), as detailed in the Cookie Policy.
Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
5. Data recipients
- Stripe, Inc.: payment processor.
- Odoo S.A.: order management, inventory and invoicing system.
- Vercel, Inc.: web hosting.
- Sentry: technical monitoring and session recording for error debugging, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads): web analytics and advertising, only if you accept the corresponding cookie categories.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel): advertising and campaign measurement on Facebook/Instagram, only if you accept marketing cookies.
- Carriers: for the delivery of orders.
Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. are based in the United States. When a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, where the provider is certified, by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 6. Retention periods
We keep each item of data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which we process it:
- Invoicing and accounting documentation: for the applicable legal periods, including the retention period for commercial documentation under art. 30 of the Commercial Code (generally, 6 years from the last entry) and any applicable tax periods.
- Order data: for the duration of the contractual relationship and, after it ends, for as long as we may need to defend or claim rights arising from the order, in accordance with the applicable limitation periods for civil actions in each case.
- Commercial communications: until you withdraw your consent.
- Customer service enquiries: for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry and any related complaints.
- Browsing data: according to the periods of each cookie, indicated in the Cookie Policy.
- Reviews: for as long as they remain published; you can request their removal at any time by writing to info@fara961.com and we will delete them.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access: know whether we process your data and obtain a copy.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
- Objection: object to processing in certain cases.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
- Restriction: request the restriction of processing in certain situations.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
How to exercise them: write to info@fara961.com with the subject «Exercise of GDPR rights». We will only ask for a copy of your ID or another identifying document when there are reasonable doubts about your identity. We will reply within a maximum of one month from receiving your request, subject to extension under applicable law.
Deletion request: you can request the deletion of all your data by writing to info@fara961.com with the subject «Data deletion request». We will process it within a maximum of one month, unless a legal obligation prevents us (for example, tax or accounting), and we will confirm the deletion by email.
Complaint to the supervisory authority: if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) — www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.
8. Security
We apply the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect your data against alteration, loss or unauthorised access, in line with the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.
9. Amendments
We may amend this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative developments. We will notify you of any substantial change through the website.
