Inside out, machine cold (max 30°) and air dry. No iron directly on the vinyl and no tumble dryer. That way the name lasts wash after wash.

Can I return a personalised item?

Since it carries a name or number it's made to order, so it can't be returned unless it's faulty. Double-check the name before ordering.
