Shipping & orders
How long does delivery take?
Every order is prepared within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location: mainland Spain 24-72 h, Europe 5-10 days. We do our best to meet these estimates, though holidays, peak periods or carrier issues may cause occasional delays. Track your parcel using the link we send by email.
Do you deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Can I change or cancel an order?
We process orders quickly, so email us at info@fara961.com as soon as possible if you need a change. If we catch it in time we will update your order. If it has already shipped, you can use our exchange or return process.
Returns & exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or return. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging, free of odours and pet hair. Your first size exchange on your first order is free - we want to help you find the perfect fit. Email us at info@fara961.com and we will guide you through the steps.
How long does an exchange or return take to process?
Exchanges and returns are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the item at our warehouse. For exchanges we issue store credit so you can reorder. For refunds the amount is returned to your original payment method.
Do you refund shipping costs?
On your first order the first size exchange includes a free return label. For refund returns, shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Product
Where can I find detailed product information?
Each product page includes photos, features, care instructions and a size guide. Care instructions are also printed on the garment label. If you have any questions, get in touch.
How do I wash my dog's clothes?
Most of our garments are machine washable. Always check the garment label for specific care instructions. We recommend hang drying whenever possible.
Sizing & fit
How do I find the right size for my dog?
Measure your dog's chest girth and back length, then check the numerical size guide on each product page. We also offer a breed reference guide. And if you get it wrong, remember the first size exchange is on us.
My dog is between two sizes - which should I pick?
Always go with the larger size. We also recommend prioritising chest measurement over neck or back length, as that is the area with the most room for adjustment.
I bought the wrong size - what do I do?
We know online sizing can be tricky, especially the first time. That is why we offer a free size exchange on your first purchase. Just email info@fara961.com and we will sort it out straight away.
Personalization
Can I personalize any product?
Only items marked as "customizable" in the store allow you to add a name and number. You can choose the font and size directly from the product page.
Can I return a personalized product?
Because personalized items are made to order, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
What technique do you use for personalization?
We use premium heat-transfer vinyl, the same technique used for personalizing human sportswear. The result is durable and withstands repeated washing.
