Returns & Exchanges

This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding one under Spanish law.

This page describes two different things that should not be confused:

• The commercial exchange or return, a service we offer voluntarily on top of what the law requires.
• The legal right of withdrawal, which is yours as a consumer and exists independently of our commercial policy (see the form at the end of this page).

A. FARA961 size exchange / commercial return (voluntary policy)

These are conditions we offer as an additional service beyond what the law requires — they do not replace or limit your legal right of withdrawal, described in section B.

Free size exchange on your first purchase

The first size exchange on your first purchase is free, subject to stock availability: we send you a prepaid shipping label to return the garment and we send you the correct size. From the second exchange on, or on purchases after the first, the exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Conditions for a commercial exchange or return

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. To use this commercial route (and exchange it for another size or receive a voucher/refund without further formalities), the product must keep its tags and be in a condition that allows it to be sold as new (no odours or pet hair).

If the product does not meet these commercial conditions, you can still exercise your legal right of withdrawal (section B), which has its own, more favourable rules about the condition of the product.

Personalised products with a name or number cannot be exchanged or returned through this commercial route, except for lack of conformity (see Warranty), as they are garments made to your specifications.

Shipping costs on this commercial route: are not refundable, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect or an error of ours in the order sent. This rule refers exclusively to the commercial policy in this section A and in no way limits the legal right of withdrawal in section B, nor the refund of delivery costs due under the law.

How to do it: write to info@fara961.com stating your order number and what you need. We will confirm the steps; the address to send the parcel to is C/ Pare Coll 6, Esc. BJ, Puerta 4A, 17005 Girona (Girona). We handle commercial exchanges and returns within 2-3 business days of receiving the item at our warehouse.

B. Legal right of withdrawal

If you bought as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without justification, except for personalised products (art. 103.c TRLGDCU).

Unlike section A, the law does not require the product to be «as new»: you may examine and try it to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, just as you could in a physical shop. You will only be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that check.

Refund: we refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (except the surcharge of a more expensive delivery method you may have chosen), within the legal period of 14 calendar days from receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof of its return, whichever comes first.

Cost of returning the product: is at your expense, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect or an error of ours in the order sent.
